How To Find Us

The practice office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Appointments with Dr. Ely will be coordinated with his operating room schedule. After hours and on weekends, emergencies are covered through the surgery department on-call surgeon at Alamance Regional Medical Center. You can contact that surgeon through the Alamance Regional operator at 336-538-7000.

Directions from the East:
Take I-40 West to Exit 154 – Mebane Oaks Road. Turn right at the exit and make the first right onto Arrowhead Boulevard. Mebane Medical Park will be on the left.

Directions from the West:
Take I-40 East to Exit 154 – Mebane Oaks Road. Turn left at the exit.  Go over bridge and make the first right onto Arrowhead Boulevard. Mebane Medical Park will be on the left.

Ely Surgical is located on the second floor, on the right side of the building.
